"I have recently become a Customer of Leslie Peterson's State Farm office. My former State Farm agent suddenly closed his business after taking care of my insurance needs for over 30 years. Leslie's office has been very responsive to my needs. I had complicated concerns about Fire insurance coverage through the California Fair Plan. Vickie in the office was able to make numerous calls and contacts with the Fair Plan on my behalf. I have really appreciated the office quick service and responsiveness to my inquiries. "NEVER have I had an insurance company with better customer service than Leslie's State Farm branch. Let's be honest, doing business with insurance companies can be a nightmare! Thank God, that's not the case here. They make it feel like you're just communicating with a friend. My favorite is texting; If I need something like an insurance ID CARD, I ask for it, and they usually have it sent to me within 5 minutes. Also, they might be the kindest staff ever! I would use them if you want to make your life a little easier. I've personally worked with Leslie, Vickie, Natalie, Charlene, and just now, Heather, and they are All Fantastic."
